Proud Owners Since 2021

Lagoon 450 greece 25

We are only the second owners of this beautiful Lagoon 450. Throughout her entire life, she has been strictly privately owned and has never spent a single day in charter.

Her pristine condition is a testament to her history. The original owner sailed her primarily in Croatia, using her for just a few months each year and keeping her safely stored on dry land for the rest of the season. This careful, light use is why she boasts exceptionally low engine hours—only around 2,000 hours to date, which is a true rarity for a catamaran of this caliber.

As our family left Ukraine back in 2021 in a search of our new home, we found her resting on the hardstand near Athens, Greece. We began the purchase process in the autumn of 2021 and officially became her proud owners in January 2022. Since then, she has been our family’s primary home for six months out of every year as we navigated the Mediterranean.

Because we lived aboard with our two young children, our approach to maintenance and upgrades was driven by a zero-compromise policy on safety, reliability, and comfort. We didn’t just maintain a boat; we cared for our home.

During our ownership, we extensively refitted her to achieve true off-grid autonomy—installing a massive custom solar array, a full lithium power bank, and a high-capacity watermaker. Every system was meticulously upgraded to ensure we could stay at anchor safely and comfortably for weeks at a time.

Now, as our family makes a permanent transition back to life on land, it is time to pass the helm to the next owners. She is fully sorted, extensively tested, and completely ready to cross oceans tomorrow without the need for a lengthy refit.
